Return & Cancellation Policy

Domestic Orders –

  • Orders are eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • No returns or cancellations are accepted for orders with custom tailoring, including fall & edging services.

You can request a return in the following situations:

  • Item is damaged or defective → Refund / Gift Card

  • Wrong item delivered → Refund / Gift Card

  • Colour is different from what was described → Gift Card

  • I don’t like the material → Gift Card

To raise a return request:

  1. Email us at customercare@weavesmart.com with:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

  2. For damaged or incorrect items, you must attach clear photos of:

    • The product

    • The price tag (and silk mark tag, if any)

    • The outer packing cover that was delivered

Our support team will review your request and, if approved, will inform you of the next steps.

Once your return is approved, please:

  • Pack the item securely and ship it to:

Return conditions:

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and unaltered.

  • All tags (including silk mark tags, if applicable) must be attached.

  • The original saree folding should be intact.

Additional points:

  • Refunds / gift cards are processed only after we receive the item and it passes our quality check.

  • Refund / gift card will cover only the product cost. Any other costs incurred by the customer or the company (like shipping, COD charges, etc.) will not be refunded.

  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. It may take 7–10 working days from the date of initiation for the amount to reflect.

  • Blouse bits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please review your order carefully before confirming.


International Orders

We do not accept returns for orders shipped outside India.
